Commitment to a four-month leadership program with mandatory virtual sessions during the workday (usually on Fridays)
Commitment to 6 hours of volunteer service (virtual or in person, you choose) in the Columbus community facilitated through the Impact Academy
Commitment to showing up on time and being present during all sessions
Commitment to Columbus and the growth of our city and region
Over the course of four months, bi-weekly leadership sessions will bring focus to individual, group, and community leadership for all participants. You’ll hone your personal and professional skills while getting to know Columbus better and working alongside other emerging leaders on a community impact project, with guidance from our Impact & Inclusion Advisory Board.
Our curriculum offers 10 leadership sessions total (including Orientation and Graduation) each approx. 2 hours in duration during the workweek, along with a handful of optional events & service focused opportunities too.
Cost of tuition is $750 per person.

In addition, participants will be given complimentary access to the CYP Club’s Premium Membership level for 12 months, offering unparalleled events and connections (a value of $200 per person).
