The Columbus Impact Academy is a four-month community impact and leadership initiative facilitated by the Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club.
It is designed to provide a comprehensive experience in leadership for emerging leaders and high potential professionals.
Participants will work together to discover a sense of individual place and purpose, while gaining valuable community perspective on team bonding, access to community leaders, leadership development, board service, and exposure to opportunity.

Commitment to a 4-month leadership program with mandatory virtual monthly sessions during the workday
Commitment to 2 volunteer opportunities (virtual or in person, you choose) in the Columbus community facilitated through the Impact Academy

Over the course of 4 months, seven leadership sessions will bring focus to individual, group, and community leadership for all participants. The program kicks off in September 2020 and concludes in December 2020. Each month we will host two mandatory Academy sessions.
Below are session dates for the Fall 2020 cohort of the Columbus Impact Academy. ALL SESSIONS ARE HOSTED VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM, unless otherwise noted. All dates are subject to change.
In addition, participants will be given complimentary access to the CYP Club’s Premium Membership level for 12 months, offering unparalleled events and connections (a value of $200 per person).

(90-minute educational/interactive session, focused on getting to know the city, including history, current leaders & future potential)
